natura morta, natura viva
The Earth:
A system of continuous interaction between the solid Earth,
the atmosphere, the oceans and living things.

When I look beyond the surface of a rock, the geologic history of a place can be found.

The heat, shifting and uplifting that a landscape endures can all be associated
with human lives and how we form through our own experiences of pressure and erosion.
